Total shutters definitely delivered! Not only did they give me a great deal they got the job done quickly! Everyone i spoke with was very professional and polite. Great work! 10/10 highly Would recommend!

Daniel showed up to my residence on time, he was very respectful, and thoroughly explained the roll down shutters and answered every single one of my questions. The installers also showed up on time with the same mindset Daniel brought. They were very thorough, clean & it was all seamless. I could not recommend Total shutter enough.

Great experience from start to finish. Dave from sales was professional and personable, even spent extra time giving us a tour of the plant that makes the hurricane screen we purchased. Of all the quotes I got, I felt most confident going with Total Shutter Technologies because Dave had the best plan for how to install the product on our odd-shaped lanai. Jessica in the office was always responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Even the owner Ken came out to make sure of the measurements and installation plan on our non-squared-off lanai, spending much time to make sure all would be right and taking the time to answer all my questions (including extra consideration for a plan to protect the support posts). Install team was great. When something needed a little tweaking, Ken the owner made sure all was done properly, and Dan (the tech) came out to follow-up on the install team and make the necessary minor adjustments to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Great product, great people, great company, great experience!
